Nice independent rooms wonderfully decorated.

Bedroom was described as ensuite but was actually a bedroom with a separate bathroom down a shared hall.

Brilliant location. Charming place with real character. Everything you needed was left out (including drinks and breakfast items and the instructions for key collection were simple to follow. We have a fabulous time - a little different from the normal soul-less hotel rooms you get with some chains. Unique and beautifully kept.

Nothing. We loved the charm and the fab location

Breakfast was poor.marmalade was mouldy but still in fridge.

If the pastries at breakfast was fresh instead of being put out night before.

The place was easy to find, very clean and warm. Our room ‘Magnolia’ was well furnished, spacious and comfortable . The bathroom was compact and spotlessly clean.

The second staircase is very narrow and steep, not ideal if you have a large suitcase. The breakfast items provided were tasty (except for the croissants which were stall) some additional items, such as honey and hot chocolate powder would have taken it to the next level.

The breakfast was very good the yoghurt was nice It was very well thought out

We didnt like the noisy and in considerate guests that woke us up at 4 30pm in the morning and again at 6 am smoking and listening to a radio
