Normally I don't believe in leaving revues but I was asked to so I left an honest revue of my stay at the Town Hotel, I stopped the following week at the Town Hotel (Which says enough in it's self) and I was really surprised that the comments had been read and acted upon. Personally I prefer a very firm mattress and they had put me in a lovely room with a firm mattress, so credit where credit is due. Brilliant customer service.
