Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, although check-in was stated to begin at 13:00, the property was not open when I arrived and only became accessible close to 14:00. Upon arrival, instead of being assisted by a receptionist, I was approached by an unfamiliar individual whose role was unclear. This made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was also told I was not allowed in the kitchen without any proper explanation. The room I was assigned was located very high up in the building, requiring me to climb many stairs, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the room appeared to be situated near a staff area. Throughout the day, there was significant noise from staff activities, including loud conversations and shower use, which made it difficult to rest. I had to contact the office due to the disturbance. Additionally, the bathroom conditions were unacceptable. It was extremely small, to the point that I hit my head multiple times. I also noticed insects around the shower and mirror area. The mirror placement was impractical, requiring me to bend just to use it. The room was also very cold, which added to the discomfort. Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations of comfort, cleanliness, or professionalism. I kindly request that you investigate these issues and provide an appropriate response.
