The young lad on reception was polite,that is the only good thing about this place.

The cleanliness is unacceptable for a paying guest. Mould in the shower, general cleanliness in the room, you couldnt pay me to stay there again.

"Decent accomodation for the price."

Basic facilities but reasonably clean and comfortable. Very good location for the town.

Decor needs a refresh. Toilet was far too close to the was basin unit.

"Paid £111 for a “deluxe double room”, but the room was mediocre."

Clean, nice and kind staff, helpful when I noticed toiletries were missing. Easy check in and easy check-out, wifi works well.

Bed was unacceptable - old and uncomfortable mattress - broken bed base No hangers in wardrobe Missing toiletries at check-in Smell of sewage/urine No extra long bed Description/images that does not dit the room Blackout curtain was only partially covering the windows
