"Beautiful home with great host!"

We stayed for two nights and what a find. One of the best places we have stayed. It was very clean, comfortable and 5 star. Breakfast was a real treat, sorry Pat, I didn’t do it justice as probably the hottest day of the year. Pat was a fantastic host… even down to Prosecco on arrival. Thank you. We hope to return at some point

"The perfect place to stay in Cheltenham"

Pat is the most amazing host. Beautiful rooms with the best quality bedding, toiletries and a hundred little touches that make it the perfect stay in Cheltenham. Delicious homecooked breakfast overlooking the garden is the perfect start to the day.

Probably the best stay we have had in any B&B ever ! Our lady owner Pat was a super host who treated us on arrival and explained all we needed to know. Breakfast was superb ! Unbeatable for a visit. David

"Lovely cosy B&B with the best breakfast around!"

Had a lovely stay here, a nice 2 bedroom B&B means you are made to feel taken care of. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B! Half the table was filled with stuff for me to choose from. The host is really lovely, gave me advice on where to go to eat and for exercise.

Nothing that I can think of. Everything you would want from a B&B is here. 10/10 stay.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Pat even to the extent of a lift to the races before we had even checked in !, the room was spacious and comfortable with amenities too match, the breakfast was one on the best we have had whilst travelling it was plentiful and delicious, I would recommend to anyone who wished to stay there
