The room was clean, stylish, very well appointed. Pat, the host was superb, helpful, friendly, and made the most amazing breakfast! Probably the best guest house I’ve ever visited. Next time I’m in the area, that’s my only choice for a place to stay!

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Pat greeted us on arrival and her hospitality started as soon as we arrived. Pat refused to let us carry our bags. We arrived at 9pm. She offered us a drink and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and classy. Everything was impeccable and Pristine. Bathroom was very updated, clean, well equipped and brand new. Bed was sooo comfortable. Breakfast was so elaborate and she wants to feed you more. There was a lot of food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You must stay here to experience the hospitality and the beautiful property. We have made a friend for life. We will always come back to stay here while visiting the area.

Everything! Do yourself a favor and stay here. The location, the room, the bed, the bath, the breakfast, all of it, the College View is the reason why you stay at a b&b rather than an Airbnb or a hotel. It is really all made possible by the kindest of people, Pat, who is the host, the staff, the chef and someone who with much consideration and kindness goes above and beyond in every way.

Not a dislike but be aware there are many stairs and steps if you stay in the upper room.

Our stay was brilliant from the start. Ahead of the stay I'd had communication from the property and notification to inform me that the room was ready for arrival - very useful so we could optimise our timing in town. Location is excellent - only 10 minute stroll to the town area and despite this very quiet and peaceful. Room was excellent - a truly exception bath - the bathroom had virtually everything we'd brought from home - plus the lashings of hot water. Breakfast was a marvel - our order was taken the day before and specially prepared at our preferred time - truly amazing just to look at let alone taste. Just a great all round experience.

I don't think there is much that could be improved. Everything we needed was there and was superb. The only thing I'd have like would have been a few extra nights!

The property is beauiful, immaculate and has a welcoming feeling about it, the room we had was really nice, the bed was so comfortable, this place ticks every box, the breakfast is also amazing. We will definitely stay here again and soon.

This was the loveliest place we have stayed in a long time. We loved it. Pat was a fantastic host from the moment she greeted us. She couldn’t have done more to make us feel at home and with ideas to help us get the most out of our stay. Pat was so kind and thoughtful, and made our wedding anniversary so special. The room was luxurious; comfy soft bed, fab shower, and every thing you could wish for was provided. All the complimentary touches were very much appreciated. Being able to say what time we wanted breakfast and what we wanted was amazing and the food was wonderful. Couldn’t rate this any higher and will look forward to coming back one day.

Wonderful breakfast, gorgeous bathroom. Quiet location, but walking distance to Montpellier area of Cheltenham for drinks and a meal.

This was my second visit. The quality, the comfort and the attention to detail are great. Pat is an attentive host who really wants you to enjoy your stay, adapting to meet as far as she can your requirements. For me being looked after so well is a pleasure.
