College View

Wonderful experience. Property, location and facilties all top notch (including free parking on site). Best of all, an authentically warm welcome from Pat who is the hostess with the mostest. Terrific breakfast. Will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at the College View. Our room was faultless, with plenty of little extras like teas, coffees, oat milk, cows milk, water, and toiletries, we even had chocolate goodies in the fridge. It was spotless. Our super king bed was extremely comfortable, the best we've ever slept in. It was perfect. Pat was extremely accommodating from the moment we arrived. We were offered prosecco and welcomed into her home. We pre-ordered our breakfast the day we arrived for the next morning. Breakfast was 5*. Pat was an amazing, friendly, caring and fabulous host. We would definitely stay at The College View again.

Such an interesting house with a lovely comfortable room. Very spacious. Excellent breakfast. Pat is a wonderful host and she made us very welcome .

The hostess at College View is fabulous, she made us feel at home from the first minute we arrived. The room was very spacious, warm and the bed was super comfy with the most luxurious bedding. The upstairs room ensuite bathroom is lovely, it has a walk-in shower and a free standing bath. There was a wide range of quality toiletries available in the bathroom. Breakfast was perfect, more than enough and top quality. We didn't want to leave in the morning, feeling like we had a new best friend in Pat, she's amazing at this job. Highly recommended.

There is nothing not to like about this accommodation or the hostess

Have stayed in a large number of places over the years all around the world but the effort and level of detail the owner Pat has put in here is the best by far.

The hostess was lovely and nothing was too trouble for her. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

Great location, as in walking distance to bars and restaurants etc.

Liked the location,close to bars and restaurants and about a 25 minute walk to the racecourse. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was excellent the bathroom was amazing. Look forward to going back soon.
