Very good price, with comfortable beds and curtains. Toaster, cutlery, water, and various other items are available for guests.

The space isn't the most pleasant or well-maintained, but the price makes up for it, so it's okay.

Great location! Walking distance to practicly everything you need in Chiang Mai. The room was clean, the staff was very nice and quickly responded to every question. Also there is bottle of water per night for free, so it is also really nice. Room is quite small, but we could manage.

The one thing to improve is to put some small dresser/bookshelf to store some clothes. Table isnt enough. And good idea would be a floor/window squeegee in the bathroom to keep it more dry :)
