"Unacceptable behaviour from staff"

The location was good

The woman was so rude to me that I felt very uncomfortable staying in this hostel. I would never stay here again. She was very pleasant on check in, checking my reservation and payment, and handed me my key. I went to the room and realised it was a private room, and thought she had upgraded me which was a nice surprise (the hostel was pretty empty). However a few hours later she and another man knocked loudly on the door and demanded I leave the room immediately, with her shouting at me, making gestures and trying to enter the room. When I came downstairs with my bags, she was ranting in thai and laughing sarcastically which was pretty upsetting. Everything was sorted and I was happy to move to a dorm but this behaviour from a host is unacceptable and I felt very uncomfortable for the rest of my stay (1 night thankfully). She said ‘sorry’ later on but for me, the damage has been done. Please think before you act and be kinder to your guests!

Очень уютное место и комната. Вид на улочку, угловое круглое окно. Небольшой санузел, но для одного человека вполне достаточно. Приятный персонал и французский бульдог в качестве сторожа))) Рядом есть кафе с вкусными завтраками, которое открывается в 6 утра.

Не хватало крючка для полотенца над раковиной, но это пустяк.

Muy buena ubicación y mucha facilidad para el check in. Personal amable. Te dejaban cambiar toallas cada día a tu necesidad y te dan 1 botella de agua por día y perdona gratis.

La habitación generaba algo de humedad en la ropa y era algo pequeña.

"Gute Lage aber die Ausstattung im Zimmer war leider nicht sehr gut"

Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut

Das Zimmer war etwas heruntergekommen und man hatte keine Möglichkeiten etwas abzustellen oder aufzuhängen.
