Vigo Retreat cabin 2

Loved the location although a larger sign would be useful for initial location of the site. Great that it was next to a lovely countryside park which you had acess to from the site. Ideal for me as a solo traveller with minimal but essential facilities. Cabin 2 is only large enough for 1 person. I would stay again although preferably in the summer. Loved the actual site and the different buildings and ponds etc

I stayed on 2 very cold nights and although there was a small heater in the cabin it did not remove the damp feel and so except when in bed (very cosy) it was very cold. There was a distinct draft round the door and I was glad it wasn't wet or windy. I would suggest the insulation around the door and windows needs to be improved (you could see daylight round the door) TV useful although connection quite patchy The exit from the site is quite dangerous as it is on an outside bend so a mirror opposite the entrance would be a significant safety improvement
