The breakfast was perfect…good coffee and the bagels were the best! Loved the setting and really enjoyed meeting and chatting with the other guests. The Location was great - loved morning walks along Pontchartrain

"A relaxing escape, close enough to the city to experience both worlds."

The home and location were beautiful. We originally booked in the city and our room was canceled last minute. We were able to stay in the da la Blue for an exceptional price. Within a half block you have dining and Lakefront with a view of plantation style mansions. The suite we booked was exceptional with a private balcony, kitchenette area and an amazing oversized jetted tub. This was our first time staying in a B&B and it was truly unique, we would definitely stay here again.

There’s not much not to love about this property. We usually stay in the city as we try to come down quite often, but this stay led to a unique experience. It is a short drive to get into the city of New Orleans, but well worth it. We are very happy that we stayed here and loved every minute.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was a wonderful treat. Location is within walking distance to everything! One morning I had a great conversation with the owner, great guy!

I have nothing negative to say about the property or my stay there.
