Chris and Dave's B & B

The room was very well stocked. Our hostess Chris helped us out with recommendations for a restaurant and things to do in the area. It's a nice quiet location and very comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Chris was particularly welcoming.

Very clean, lovely quality sheets. Breakfast and tea/coffee supplies were of a high standard and plenty to choose from including biscuits and fruit. Chris, our host was outstanding and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Chris also put my husband’s motorcycle in her garage to charge, nothing was a bother. All in all a great little hidden gem which we’ll go back to.

Located near Kiwi House; made use of the lovely and quaint town with excellent coffee shops/bakeries/cafes vs the breakfast on offer; lovely views; near Waitomo Caves so a longer stay single/couple would be brilliant!

Nothing to dislike. You could hear a train in the distance but did not disturb sleep.
