"Highly recommend and exceptional value."

Highly recommend this accommodation. It was very clean, well equipped, spacious and the bathroom was much bigger than expected with plenty of room. There was a little bowl and dishwashing liquid and tea towels provided in the bathroom to wash any dishes which was appreciated. The accommodation was easy find, easy to park and it was only a 10 minute walk to town (only a small part is uphill). Exceptionally good value and a generous breakfast is also provided. Thank you for being such lovely hosts.

Our host was friendly and welcoming. It was a delightful place to lay our heads on our first night in New Zealand, and convenient to Ruakura Cave Tour. The breakfast choices were great.
