The beds are comfortable the shower and the toilets are clean. The staff are friendly. breakfast was great.

The bathroom is down the corridor

We inadvertently booked a room without an en suite which had a private bathroom outside. That wasn't suitable for us but this was resolved really well.

Fabulous central location 👌 Everyone was very welcoming and very dog friendly Great Sunday lunch and ww were able to pre order and eat it when we wanted 😋 Husband said the Bass Ale was excellent Lovely circular walk up to the monument Secure parking at the back... look out for the high metal gate - it can be found by driving past the Inn on your left, take next left. Lovely seating area at the rear. Outside tap so we were able to clean the muddy dogs and our boots before drying off and going inside Great live music in the evening The stay was so good that we cancelled our other stay on the way back from our main holiday and re booked at The Vintage Inn again
