Ancient Town 29 Phố Cổ

Perfect location.

My only complaint was that apparently they offer some smoking rooms and mine must have been directly above one. Pretty gross. If you really dislike cigarette smoke, like me, you maybe should consider another place. Bed was old as was the bedding. I’d stay again, but would ask to it be near a smoking room.

In the early morning there was heard construction work.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. The layout, design and ambiance were very unique. I like these features better than the Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott and other expensive international chains.

The room was very tight. There was no space between the end of the bed and the wall. It was very difficult to go to the restroom at night.

Great location - basically on the main old town square where the evenings had fun activities going on (during the weekend). Very friendly staff. Don't forget to walk up to the french fortress for sunset!

Not really a family- feeling homestay but more like a classic hotel

Stopped by for the night and the guy on the desk knew our booking instantly and communicated proficiently through translate apps. We had a garage to lock the bike up for the night just up the street and he helped us with our bags to the room. Perfect location, the do cater for dinner if you want to eat there too. Breakfast would be a great addition if they offered it.

Nice stay over, for the Ha Giang loop, literally in the old town, with nice food places around and easy drive to the Lung Cu, even for an afternoon fast ride.
