Your room is dark, small in a attic and the sink run on permanently . the wifi didn't work at all.the boss when I arrive told me that my room wasn't wasn't able the Saturday night. He insist to stay one night olny. I fastly understand that the Saturday market run a lot of people and he wanted to raise the price for Hanoi people which come down for the special market. I'm told him I'm going to find something else in the town, then he told me ok for 2nights.i paid 17€|night and it didn't worth it at all. The staff didn't have any interest to you. Money is the masters piece. I'm since 2months in Vietnam and the hotel was the more expensive and less confortable that I had in Vietnam. I base on review to choose it but this time it was a big mistake. You have a really good hotel at dong van where I spend I night there. It was excellent. For 10€i had a real and quiet room with elevator it's an anh hotel. I advice this one instead

Dark, noisy, dirty, expensive, 4 dangereuse floors, you need to hang on the ramp. Then cross the restaurant trying to avoid client which mind you through your way

Not much it was a place to sleep during the loop so we were happy to have a bed to sleep in.

Staff was not rude but just didn't care much, the room was not as clean as you'd like and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. It was also really noisy and the neighbours 5.30 wake up service must have woken half the hotel as loud as the knocking on their door was.

Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, and cold air conditioning. If you want to explore the restaurants and attractions in the center of town, this is a great location for you.

No window to outside in our room, but it was still possible to get some daylight.

Our hosts were very friendly. We appreciated that they secured our motorbikes overnight. Great location amongst restaurants and shopping.
