They made my wife feel like a criminal when checking out as if she would have taken a sheet or pillow. Then when booking they said before 11 which was done and having endless trouble getting refunded

Certain staff made my wife uncomfortable and made comments uncalled for Door did not lock or close properly, bathroom had no lights

There is nothing to like about that place. We had to book another place when we realised how bad the place actually is. Please remove it from this platform

The property looks dodgy from the outside. The staff is very unfriendly. The place is dirty from the kitchen all the way to the room. They even had a dirty blanket that had a weird smell on top of a chair for us to use. What the hell
