The bed was very comfortable and it was a clean room

That they advertised the place as self catering, but you had to pay extra money so that you can use the kitchen and to give you plates, the swimming pool was very dirty. Then we were kick out before the day of our check out, because they had a conference people coming so all guests were asked to go on that morning. No warning at all that was just unprofessional from the owner.

I indicated that I'm going out, and asked for a remote, they opted to give me a cell number to call when I returned, on my way back I called but the number went through to someone else. The same thing happened in the morning, I needed to step out, I struggled to get them going out and back. The neighbours probably thought I was a nuisance because the hooter was going on for long. I am never going back there.

I had such a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The Lodge is not far from the airport which helped when I had to rush to the airport the next day. The next time I have a trip that side I will definitely stay there.

I would have loved to have enough time to enjoy the pool, but I was in a rush.

They charged me for nothing without sleeping there because of the dates swapped.no option instead they chase me away with kids during middle of the night.and the hotel is very dirty and filthy.they don't value customers.

They are not friendly and not give option to customer.bad service ever.the receptionist is stinking and wearing dirty Tekkies.
