NOTHING!

There was absolutely nothing to like - what’s advertised is the complete opposite of what I got. The state of the “lodge” is appalling, from leaking ceilings to bugs flying around the room. To say I was disappointed is an understatement, I was disgusted! The room I got was not what I paid for. I paid for a room with a private bathroom, TV and a fridge. I was given a room with a shared bathroom (a disgusting one at that) and when I asked for what I paid for I was told that the room with a private bathroom does not have a TV and fridge so I’d have to choose which was more important to me. The nerve! The entire place needs one heck of a makeover. The pool is green and filthy, the beds are old and uncomfortable, the lounge ceiling is leaking, the wardrobes are falling apart, the door handles are broken, the stairs are a hazard waiting to happen, the TV’s do not have remotes, the house is overcrowded, there is no WiFi in the rooms, the sliding door to the shared balcony is difficult to close and does not lock so anyone can access your room, the provided blanket is old and disgusting so I didn’t bother using it, the shower doesn’t have a door so water spills all over the floor, the toilet seat is broken, the blinds are broken, the basin is leaking, there was no breakfast as advertised, and you have to call the staff to open the gate whenever you want to go in or out of the place. This place should be banned from Booking for false advertising!

The cleanliness

The beds are a bit rickety. If they can invest in buying new beds. Otherwise the cleanliness and the surroundings are inviting.

We were not served breakfast or given any means to make arrangements for parks. Maybe it is because we left early. I have no idea.

The bed was falling. Literally!!!
