We had a lovely welcome from our host and her family. We all loved the breakfast, super yummy and it was good that our host made it in front of so we knew it was nice and fresh. I was under the impression that I'd booked a deluxe triple room so was a bit surprised that when I printed out the confirmation that it was a yurt. First time for all of us in a yurt and apart from the walk to the bathroom in the main house it was a good experience.

The booking system not making us aware that it was a yurt and the feeling that our host wasn't prepared for 3 as the bed wasn't made and it seemed that although she had let us know that gluten free request for one of us was accepted it seemed it had been forgotten. I had also sent a query about the beds to our host but I did not receive a reply.

Location, owner, unexpected room

Melany is a wonderful hostess so helpful. Marvellous breakfast and lovely home. Great place to stay

Wonderful host, great food and super stylish surroundings.

Accommodation full of character. Friendly host. Excellent breakfast.

Room rather small. Bathroom too. But that is in the nature of these old houses, I guess.
