"An excellent B&B."

We ended at this property by chance and it was our absolute good fortune to stay at Megstone House. It is ideally situated for the local beach, shops and pubs, Bamburgh Castle and Lindisfarne. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent and our room was clean and comfortable. We slept well both nights that we stayed.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Everything about the accommodation was as good if not better than previous reviews had led us to expect. We booked this B&B on the basis of booking-com reviews so we are both delighted with Megstone House and the lovely couple (Paul & Donna) that own and run it. We will certainly be returning and can highly recommend a stay there.

Lovely big room , spotless , Donna & Paul the most helpful & friendly people . Breakfast is excellent . Location just 15 min stroll into centre . Parking available just outside .Just fabulous
