Loved everything, the very warm welcome from Cleo and Leigh, lovely rooms with fridge, fresh milk, chocolate biscuits, and a fan. Fabulous breakfast, perfect eggs, fresh fruit and extra choices, too. Exceptionally clean. Great location, quiet and just a short walk to the centre.

Excellent hosts, so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast plus special options if you fancy something a bit different. Will definitely stay again.

The owners Cleo and Leigh were so welcoming and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked, hot and tasty. We will be returning

We have just got back after a wonderful stay at the 'Bay Tree House'. We had lovely hosts, a very comfortable well equipped room, and a brilliant breakfast to start the day off. All at a great price & good value.

The place was absolutely spotless and the food was cooked freshly to order and the couple running the hotel were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped make our stay there really relaxing. Thanks.
