The hosts were a lovely couple. We chatted away for ages with them on both days. They were always on hand and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very nice family run business who are attentive to all they can do to make our stay, a happy occasion. We'd recommend staying at Bay Tree House and explore the lovely places, beaches and various cuisine that's on offer locally. Certainly worth another booking just to see and talk to this lovely family. Much appreciated Love and Hugs Neil & Gini ☺️

Great place to stay hosts are lovely. Breakfast great.

Very welcoming and attentive hosts and really comfortable room. The location is very central only a short walk to restaurants and other facilities. Good breakfast choice the quality of which was exceptional. All in all, an ideal place to stay in Southport.
