Exceptionally clean hotel. Comfortable rooms and big bed! Very welcoming hosts. Breakfast was superb. All quality ingredients and cooked fresh. Location perfect for seafront, restaurants and shopping. On and off street parking available.

Room was perfect, wanted a bath and got one. Nice touches in thevroom including mini fridge, toiletries and bath robe. Leigh and Cleo both very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfasts. First visit to Southport but will be back and more than happy to stay at Bay Tree House.

Tight parking at BTH, made me a little nervous.
