"Incredible Stay! The best of our entire New Zealand trip!"

We spent 3 weeks in New Zealand and had vacation rentals the entire time. This was, by far, our favorite rental. Felt more like staying with family in a private lodging. The fresh cooked breakfast was AMAZING! The place was immaculate, comfortable and so fun. (Many vintage and special decor touches.) VERY affordable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely, quirky cottage feel to our accommodation. Great communication from our host, and an excellent cooked breakfast.

All good really. Just to note there are no cafes or restaurants in walking distance. This was not an issue for us.

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, the setting of the cottage was lovely with trees, and lovely country styled planting. The cottage was adorable with everything and more that anyone could possibly need. I could not fault anything about our accommodation.

Annies cottage was so beautifully decorated and had everything you could need for a very comfortable.stay.The breakfast was exceptional and very delicious.The hosts are very friendly and helpful, very lovely people .We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie’s B&B. The cottage is cosy, neat, and very clean, with its own lovely garden and beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious, and Peter was very kind and helpful with clear communication throughout. The location is great as well, with a supermarket conveniently close by. Highly recommended!
