"Nice quiet place to stay for visitng the local area"

Lovely house which Oliver & Kate have lovingly converted. Kingfisher room on the ground floor as very nice with bath and shower. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice, you choose the night before and is served betwen 7 and 9. Had the full English one day and Eggs Benedict another. All excellent and served on very attractice Villeroy & Boch crockery. Westleton is a lovely quiet village with a pub for evening meal and a great central place to visit Southwold, Dunwich Bay (which has a lovely cafe and free parking) and Walberswick. Highly recommend.

Great location, great breakfast, lovely house. The single room was small but comfortable

Single room was quite small. It was also south facing so very warm in the hot weather.. and the supplied fan was not strong enough to make much of a difference

The owners are welcoming, friendly and helpful and the room we had sizeable and well appointed. Good ensuite facilities. Quiet location.
