"Super area and B&B accommodation."

Hosts were very welcoming. Our room was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was ideal for coastal towns, beaches and RSPB Minsmere.

Delicious breakfasts tailored to our needs. Kind and attentive hosts. Wonderful location - so close to nature and wild walks. Close to the sea and good restaurants. Quiet. Spacious room and bathroom. Good secure Wifi.

"Enjoyable - the location made it good."

The breakfast was good . General information on hand was good. Location ideal for many places.

It would have been helpful; to have a suitcase holder (suitcase had to go on floor); blinds were nice but they do not cut out all the light; room service e.g. emptying of bins would have been appreciated. Signs on floor and wall re the removal of shoes was a little negative as soon as you stepped into the premises. We were not told about the marmalade etc table on the first morning.

This was an exceptional stay with friendly, attentive hosts. Room exceeded expectations as was better than appeared in the photos. Very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again.
