Pokój czysty, z małym prywatnym ogródkiem. Wspólna kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Gospodaz bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Śniadnia włoskie - croissant i kawa - w pobliskiej kawiarni. Lokalizacja blisko linii kolejowej, skąd w 20 minut można dojechać do Palermo. Około 1 km do portu i restauracji. Parking przy ulicy, ale bez problemu można znaleźć wolne miejsce. Bardzo dobre miejsce na bazę wypadową

Bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać sąsiadów

The location is excellent, close to shops, train station, sea. Regular and fast train connections. Breakfast was in a nice cafeteria Dolce Vita, very close to the accommodation, only 4 minutes away. Satisfactory selection of good croissants, mini pizzas and excellent ice cream. Overall, the atmosphere in Santa Flavia was pleasant and the local vibe interesting. The walk to the fascinating archaeological site of Solunto above Santa Flavia is excellent with an incredible view of the vastness of the picturesque coastline. The host was very pleasant, caring, communicative and supportive. Gratefull for all.

Before seven in the morning, disturbing noises started coming from the neighbors. Children, washing machine, the sound of the water pump. In short, if you are sensitive to noises in the morning and if you like to sleep a little longer, this can be disturbing.

Nino war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die günstige Bahnhofsnähe fand ich sehr gut. Außerdem hat mir der Bereich ‚Allgemeine Küche‘ sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Idee! Vielen Dank für den tollen Service !

Die Terrasse war nicht so einladend um sich dort wohlfühlen zu können.. Und die Frühstücksbar.. Dolce Vita - gratis — war nicht sehr schön.. ich habe es doch vorgezogen in der gemütlichen Wohnküche bei Nino zu frühstücken .

Accueil très sympathique de notre hôte. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Palerme sans utiliser la voiture ( Gare à 300 m). La formule du petit-déjeuner à prendre dans les bars à proximité est une très bonne idée et permet de découvrir et de se mêler à la vie locale.

Dispone de zona común (interesante cuando viajan varias personas)

El desayuno está contratado en un café agradable de la localidad. Hubiese preferido que fuese en el alojamiento.

We were satisfied with the accommodation. A clean room and a well-equipped kitchen awaited us after the host had picked us up from the airport and taken us to B&B Siciliò. The transfer went smoothly, and we even received a Sicilian surprise upon arrival, which was really heartwarming. I recommend it!

It worked perfectly for us. Nino is very knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast is simple and tipical Italian, nothing wrong with that just be aware. Very good service at the breakfast kaffe
