Lovely host, made me feel very comfortable. Bus near by and a grocery store.

It is quite far out of town. No fridge or microwave to use if you wanted to make or heat up food

Each morning I had a full English breakfast that was fabulous. The shower was small, but the water pressure and the temperature range more than made up for it. The room was spacious and the bed slept well. All in all, it was much better than I expected. To top it off, the hosts were fantastic.

The only downside to my stay was that the room was rather cold. I was cozy under the blanket and don't mind the cold much anyway, as I'm a winter person. but others might be more affected by it,

Andrew and Susan, were extremely helpful and welcoming. I booked the room for my aunt, who stayed there. She enjoyed her stay there. The room was clean, comfortable and checked daily. The only thing that could be improved, according to my aunt was the breakfast. She felt that there could have a better selection. I shall be going there with my partner sometime in October and will be able to give a more personal review.

Susan is INCREDIBLE. She went above and beyond to support us and ensure we had a wonderful time. The venue was great, we got upgraded (to accomodate us!) and breakfast was incredible too. Susan even makes her own bread!

The property is most certainly best suited for people with an easy mode of transportation (it’s only 5mins by taxi/car from town centre).

What a great little B&B. I had a great stay here & would recommend to anyone staying in Canterbury. Close to public transport & 20min walk to city centre. Susan is a lovely lady & goes out of her way to look after her guests. Nothing was too much trouble.
