The room, the location and just the general feel of the place.

I was in room 7 and the aircon was faulty and it was a very hot weekend , also I hope they can invest in a generator as the power went off and there was no back up

I woke up with sinus problems (nasal congestion) because of the smell of the linen especially pillows and cushions on the bed they were stinking.
