Fabulous secluded place to stay with easy access to the lakes and surrounding areas. Very attentive hosts with solid knowledge of the area, more than willing to advise on what to do if you need it. We recommend having breakfast as you will not be disappointed at the selection and quality available to you, all of which is beautifully presented. Hosts also catered for coeliac with various gluten free options. Watching the birds through the windows of the dining room was a real pleasure, a fantastic way to see so many British birds in one place. Room comfortable with everything you need

Breakfast was top notch, their own jams and baking excellent. Our room had it's own access and hidden garden. A unique and almost off the map location.

Everything! Far away from all the crowds at Windermere! Very quiet with excellent local knowledge, maps, etc. Breakfast excellent also!
