Extremely customer focused. Felt like they went the extra mile in everything they did. A lot of personal attention. The meals were very good. The room was charming and memorable as were the grounds. I would highly recommend the Pickled Onion to others!

Very nice hotel, close to Uxmal archeological zone. The room is nice and spacious, the pool is welcoming, the restaurant is good and the staff was lovely.
