A True Hidden Gem in the Heart of Cooper Center 🌸🎨 Klutina Kate’s B&B is hands-down one of the most memorable places we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the colorful, funky decor—every corner of the house bursting with artistic charm, flowers, and vibrant personality. It felt like stepping into a living, breathing art installation curated with love and whimsy. Kate herself is an absolute gem. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The breakfast in the morning was incredible—not only delicious and nourishing, but also impressively tailored to meet our group’s various dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, and everything in between!). It’s rare to find a host so thoughtful and accommodating. If you’re looking for a cozy, creative, soul-nourishing stay in Cooper Center, do not miss this spot. Klutina Kate’s is the kind of place that lingers in your memory long after you leave. We can’t wait to come back.

This isn’t her fault but the maps app took us to the wrong spot. It’s actually located at 101 old Richardson highway next to a yellow truck right on the road.

Bill and Kate were surperb hosts along with their gorgeous granddaughters Their home is very unique , welcoming , warm and kates artistic flair is vibrant and alive throughout the entire home . Her sense of style,her artistic talent her personality is reflected in every aspect of their home , a very unique Jem to find that awakened all my senses and made me smile from the inside as I absorbed the remarkable home . Kate blends sophistication from all her antique collectables handed down from her grandparents , to her amazing artwork throughout the entire home along with the colour on vibrancy Kates breakfast was all home-made with effortless grace and a beautifully present

The accomodations were no where near how they are described on Booking. The offered room was extremely small and unfurnished. The bed was tight against the wall with very little space for the bedder near the wall to get out of bed. They would have to crawl over the other occupant. The room was two other rooms distant to the shared bathroom. Another bathroom offered was quite a bit further away. This is not good for oldsters who have to get up at night.
