The location for our purpose was great, great apartment and incredibly friendly and helpful owners. Impeccably clean and very comfortable.

It was the best

The owner herself made the breakfast, she previously asked at what time and what I would like to eat. First time ever I had the luxury to sleep and decide what to eat in a B&B. She came and picked me up where I was and brought me to the other B&B that I had unfortunatly previously booked . No comparison! Don't hesitate ! For a few dollars difference choose this place, a beautiful terrace , beautiful room, beautiful human person!

We loved our stay here! Janet was a fantastic and generous host. She is someone who genuinely wants everyone to have the best time in her place. She picked us up from the train station and took us there on our way back. The breakfast was catered to whatever we wanted and the time we wanted. And it was great! The apartment and the room were very nice and clean, and we could even see the sunset from a large balcony. We couldn’t recommend Janet’s B&B more.

Amazing host and nice flat

Yanet and Sandro are naturals for the hospitality industry--energetic, outgoing, warm, generous, with a huge joie de vivre! She gave us a personal transfer from the train station, and the following morning we had a tour of the town with her by car, including landmarks (the kissing statue, the fort, the fresh market) and drop-off at the cruise port. The hot cooked breakfast was a marvel. This entire private apartment is available to guests, including an impressive wrap-around veranda. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished.

Extensive continental breakfast with cereals , fruit ,meats , cheese , bread and pastries. My husband accepted the offer of scrambled eggs from Yanet too ! Lovely juice and coffee !

Could not fault anything ! Yanet and Sandro are a delightful couple who go beyond the call of duty to think of everything to make their guests stay as perfect as possible . Well done and thank you for everything , we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and highly recommend to all .

Yenet is a hostess with an unbelievable way of making you feel like family as soon as you enter the door. Our experience here has been wonderful. I booked this on bookings.com, not knowing much about this port city or the hotels. Wow…was I happy with my selection for our stay. Sandro was able to collect us from the airport for a fair fee and when we arrived early in the am, Yanet was there to greet us with a happy smile and some cappuccino. Yenet’s breakfast were delicious…Fresh baked goods, eggs, bacon, fresh tomatoes with olive oil and basil. This B and B was perfectly located in Civitavecchia, an easy walk into town. We enjoyed our stay and hope to someday host our hostess, Yanet at our home in the US. Stay here…you won’t be disappointed.
