B&BYanet's Beautiful House

Yanet was a wonderful host. My wife and I booked last minute due to train strikes. We stayed for a single night before our cruise - Yanet picked us up from the train station, she was a wonderful and kind host, and we enjoyed our short stay. Comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was very good and the presentation was supurb. The hot food was made to order, so never felt we were picking over left overs though she was serving multiple guests. Fresh baked goods were arranged as well as fresh fruit. We had the dining table to ourselves as other guests who were ready earlier had already grabbed the al fresco table on the balcony overlooking the neighborhood. She took great care of both groups.

OMG we changed our booking last minute from a big name hotel to Yanets. We are so glad we did! Yanet is wonderful, so friendly and makes you feel like family. The property is a top floor apartment accessed by 2 lifts It is a large apartment with 2 letting rooms, both accessed off the hallwayand locked independently. The place is spotlessly clean. Each room has its own bathroom. There is a large lounge/dining area and a separate fully stocked kitchen. Yanet stocks the fridge with a selection of water and soft drinks, fruits and on the table a variety of teas and coffees all for our use. We ended up being the only guests for our one night stay and we had the whole place to ourselves. It was amazing. The walk to the Fort Michelangelo area took around 15 minutes. Breakfast was provided by Yanet. Meats, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumber, bacon, scrambled eggs, croissants, bread, juice, tea or coffee. Wow. Then Yanet took us to the port! All included! She will even collect you from the airport of you require for an extra fee. If we ever come to Civitavechia again we will definitely be staying here. I cannot praise Yanet enough. 

Super clean, modern and very close to everything. Yanet is outstanding and truly one of the kindest people we have ever met. I look forward to spending time here again.

OMG where do I start!! Beautiful, clean, our host was amazing, she picked us up from the train, dropped us off and prepared the most amazing breakfast. Definitely coming back

Besides the property being quaint and beautiful, I loved the bright, airy and clean atmosphere. The host was delightful, friendly and very accommodating, a true “home away from home ambiance “. Yanet and her husband went not an extra yard but an extra mile to make us welcome. I would highly recommend BB Yanet Beautiful home to all my friends traveling to Civitavecchia!

The location was perfect! Within walking distance from the center square. Clean, quiet neighborhood.

We love it! Location is perfect. Yanet and Sandro went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They supplied us coffee snacks and water…we will definitely stay here again. Servicio perfecto!

Nothing to complain about.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful furniture and perfect to stay before going cruising. The hosts were perfect and even drove us to the port for our ship in the morning

It is a little different as you share a lounge with other guests, but it really works well, we loved our stay
