B&BYanet's Beautiful House

The apartment is on the 6th floor and is very well furnished with everything you need. It is spotlessly clean with a very modern kitchen where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, fruit etc . The breakfast was excellent and Yanet goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She kindly collected us from the port after our cruise. The only downside for us as an elderly couple, one of whom is somewhat unsteady on his feet was that it is in a residential area and a 15 minute walk to the centre or seafront and the pavements are a bit uneven and narrow. For most people this would probably not be an issue. However there is an excellent pizzeria virtually across the road and a very good restaurant just round the corner as well as a supermarket nearby so for our one night stay that was perfectly fine. The apartment is very light and airy with a wraparound balcony where you can sit and enjoying the view. There were only two other guests there at the same time as us. As they were from the US and we are from the UK we really enjoyed chatting to them.

As mentioned for some elderly people the walk to the centre/seafront might be difficult

Yanet was so welcoming. Her breakfast was exceptional and hospitality just wonderful. This was a great find. The added benefit was being driven to Roma by Yanet and her husband, Sandro. This included a detour to an extraordinary Etruscan Necropolis which interested me. Sandro is an archaeologist.

Staying at B&B Yanet's beautiful house was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, Yanet showered us with hospitality. The house itself is stunning, with every detail meticulously designed for comfort and relaxation. Yanet went above and beyond, not only providing a delicious breakfast but also offering transportation from the station and even dropping us off at the port shuttle for our cruise. The accommodation was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, from refreshing beverages to a variety of teas and coffees, not to mention a selection of bread and provisions. It was the perfect start to our vacation, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Yanet, for making our stay truly memorable!

Everything was great

New, immaculate 6th floor apt. with large balconies off the two bedrooms - great view (see photo, with our cruise ship in distance). We were surprised to receive text that Yanet would meet us at train station. Then settle us in. Kitchen full of amenities. She made wonderful breakfast next morning. Sad to say goodbye when she took us to cruise port. All complimentary. Ten is not high enough. Five stars plus. A serendipity! The best!

Janet made a wonderful full breakfast. She is a charming person and drove me from the train and to the cruise port. I was very pleased.
