B&BYanet's Beautiful House

Everything. Yanet is a fantastic hostess and the apartment is wonderful and very well appointed. 3 double bedrooms all individually locked. Lounge, dining area and kitchen. Stocked with tea coffee water juices. Wonderful veranda. Yanet comes in the morning and makes a wonderful breakfast. We stayed here last year and highly recommend this place. She also has a penthouse which you can rent self catering. She showed us around and that too is of a very high standard. Yanet also is happy to drive you to the port if you are cruising. We will be back.

Local food options. Almost a food desert. Most of the restaurants for a great deal away. Most of all...we couldn't stay longer.

Yanet - was a wonderful hostess. She made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She helped with directions to the main areas and provided us with a lovely breakfast. She really made you feel like her home was yours. great location - near shopping, restaurants, the train station and port

Yanet’s Beautiful House was just perfect. Yanet was the most amazing host. So helpful, breakfast was delicious. The house was spotless and very comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here if you need a place in Civitavecchia.

We lost the flight, but it doesn't affect with the owner's commitment waiting for us in the property. They provided support helping us to find place to eat and setting in the property. Definitely in further vacations in Italy we consider stay again in the property. Excellent, completely satisfied everything meets with all our expectations. Mrs. DaphneE Garcia
