Check-in is strictly between 16:00 and 19:00. Check-in outside of this time slot is not possible. Please note that final payment must be made in cash. Guests under the age of 17 cannot be accommodated at this property. Extra beds and cots cannot be accommodated. Charges will apply for any damage to property including the interior and exterior parts. This also applies to any property that may be packed and taken in error including keys. Keys removed from the premises on departure will be charged at £50.00 per key. Kilmichael House has a strict no-smoking policy that applies to the entire property, both within the house and outside. Food is not allowed to be brought onto the premises. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted on the premises unless authorized by the owner of the property. Please note that satellite navigation systems may not pick up the property location accurately. Accurate directions can be obtained by contacting the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Pets are not allowed within the property or on the premises and cannot be left in cars overnight at any time. No 3rd party bookings unless by prior consent of the owner.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

La habitación estaba perfecta, la cama muy cómoda, tamaño King siza, sábanas perfectamente planchadas, tetera, cafetera, gran surtido de te,café soluble, capsulas...TV, un pequeño frigorífico, muy limpio.

Llegué un par de horas antes y el recibimientCaracter Escoces al 100%o fue un poco 'rude'. No permitió ni que dejará el coche en el parking. Le salvó que cuando volví a la hora que se indicaba en la reserva, nos recibió de otra manera. Y la habitación cumplió todas mis expectativas.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kilmicheal House. The owner was so friendly and kind, and did all that she could to make me feel comfortable. The location was very close to the town centre, so it was easy to get in and out and there were some lovely local shops and restaurants that I was able to try and enjoy. I would go back again.

Super beautiful home with a wonderful host who greeted us and gave great recommendations during our stay! Very quiet little street near the main village with great shops and restaurants and near the loch ness (highly recommend the boat cruise on the loch!) Perfect for our 1 night stay at the halfway point of our trip.

Host is a lovely lady, the whole house is very cosy.

Heads up, check in is STRICLY between 4pm and 7pm. Although it is in the description, we somehow managed to overlook it, and could not negotiate in the matter with the host.
