I left after check in because there was a terrible smell lingering in the communal kitchen and in the hallways. The room door has a gap in between which makes it not private at all and above all that I was told that there is an alarm system in the house that is armed at 19h30. And we have to contact the host everytime we want to leave our room. I am very dissatified as what is advertised is not at all what it looks like.

The extra cost on items at the place, jacuzzi, sauna...etc

Loved the shower pressure. The room was big enough and clean. The reception employee Mr John is a very understanding guy and very professional.

Nothing beautiful architecture

John checked us is in he was very nice . My room was beautiful. I enjoyed the breakfast, I will definitely come back for a longer stay

Pool facilities was clean

Firstly the room they Booked us was soon small, not the one we saw when we made the booking. On top of that the bathroom and toilet were not part of the room but rather on the passage where there is movement of other guests absolutely annoyed. The mirror in that room horrible positioning and not even a full body mirror yohh. Their jacuzzi is rented and takes 24 hours to get warm since it's winter. The place is not maintained to the standard no value for money what's so ever. Breakfast menu boring nothing special there with their cold coffee and expired sweet chilli sauce. I could go on and but just make sure you get all your details before making a booking here. We also wanted a massage they said they bring the beds to your bedroom for them lol aii kuningi shame but because they didn't Wana refund us we had to stay.
