Nothing to fault

The serene views, how peaceful it is, the host was professional and very friendly. The suite was clean and fresh. They executed the birthday set up as expected and I will definitely come back.

Pool is too deep

Telescope not working; was looking forward to moon watching

The view, neatness, most of the things were good.

During my conversation with someone who works there, I'm not sure if it was the white lady or the African guy, because when I was shown the room allocated to us the voice on the video was the lady, then upon our arrival we met a guy who said we've been chatting with him. During the chat I asked if the complementary setup for birthday is available, the person said yes we do flowers and champagne for ladies or chocolate and champagne for the guys. I told them my man is having a birthday on the 27th (that was the main reason for our getaway) nothing was set on our arrival I thought maybe during the room cleaning the next day (actually birthday) we will get something set but dololo champagne! I was so disappointed but couldn't asked about it because I didn't mention it to my man, I wanted it to be a surprise. When we arrived home I sent a message to the number I used to communicate with them "what happened to our bi champagne and chocolate" until today I never got a response, I was blue ticked.
