Rooms way overpriced for what they are

friendly staff...John and Trust were very helpful. Place is clean, loved the dam view, breakfast was great. Great location. Wouldn't mind visiting again

I'm aware I booked a standard room, but at least provide two chairs in the room (my take is that people travel in pairs) and only one chair was provided. No coffee/tea in the room. I love coffee and had I known would have bought my own kettle, mugs, coffee, etc. The outside/separate toilet and shower not ideal. At night one has to leave the room to go outside to use the shower or toilet. You provide water in the room but no glasses

The establishment uses the security guard as a receptionist; when making an enquiry he referred me to someone else saying he knows nothing about bookings instead of him noting the quiry and escalating it. Their breakfast was very disappointing for a 4 Star establishment, they served us diluted juice in different flavours, gave us kiddies danone (ones that come in a six pack) to use for cereal; the food was disappointing, we ended up not having breakfast with them for the rest of our stay. We had booked a spa treatment for 6 August, we cancelled our booking when we realized that the establishment uses the same two ladies who cook and do housekeeping as the massage therapists as well! I requested that they refund us for the treatment. I gave them my banking details, and I received a call from their accounts department to confirm my banking details, I asked when can I expect the refund and the lady specifically said on the same day (6 August) after 3pm! Guess what!?! Till this day I have not been refunded, they have been giving me one story after the next!!
