The property is very clean and in a good location.

The number for reservations was not very responsive. We were lost and the person kept cutting our calls. The staff had no idea of what we booked.

It's very clean, quite and safe. Suitable for suncity day visitors.

It was clean and close to Sun City which was nice. The lady that was on the property was accommodating despite us arriving at 7pm. Thank you x The showers water pressure was great, actually. The aircon really helped us in the heat. There's a mini fridge in the room so you can bring along your drinks. It's clean, like even outside. There's a designated smoking area too. Nice

The bed was really hard. The walls were quite thin, so your neighbors might hear you talk and shower. Also you're only given a bottle of water each, so bring water (don't be like us and spend R50 on water at Sun city)

The rooms were clean.

The service was bad. When booking it was not clear that breakfast was not included. I see they have amended that now but it was a big inconvenience. They also wanted to move my parents from their room because apparently we booked a room with a shower only and the one with the bath costs more. When I checked the booking on Bookings.com, it clearly stated that the room we booked had both a shower and bath. They didn’t even advise the lady at reception which room is allocated to my parents before arrival. Seemed very disorganised.

I give Getty's bnb a 5 star rating. They are so friendly, mam Getty called us when we were on the way to check on our safety and directions. Upon arrival (we arrived late), we welcomed us with a beautiful smile and inducted us around the place eoth do much patience. The staff is also amazing, they clean so neatly and they are not 'in your face'. It is a beautiful place and will go again.

The aircon was leaking but they provided a fan which did a fantastic job.
