The was not hot water

The cleanliness of the place was excellent.

The location.

The room was clean...at least.

They are in the hospitality business. They need to understand that. They are not hospitable at all.There is no need to come and try to kick out your patriots before the check out time...and then to do it twice, after they had already told you the first time that they will be out before the check out time. That's rude. Won't even go into the other aspects.

Getty is a beautiful soul and has a clean beautifully decorated home. The room was neat and lovely.

The rooms are spacious and clean

We were not welcomed well, the staff is not friendly.

It is clean

Shower was blocked, hot water runs out, no remote for air-con. staff was not friendly at all. the stuff will treat you like you are begging to stay there.

It was okay for the price

1. When we checked in, we waited outside the gate for more than 15mins 2. Bringing 3 cars was an issue and she complained about that. 3. Welcoming us wearing Pyjamas was unprofessional. 4. She said we should excuse her in the morning as she won’t be able to make breakfast because she has a funeral to attend to. 5. Next morning (The worsed of them all): She walked inside the room while I am naked straight from the shower, and opened the curtains demanding R150 saying I am late I should have checked out, when I looked at the time it was 09:55am and had 5 minutes to finish off. The way she spoke to me was uncalled for, she was rude and disrespectful and didn’t give me the privacy I deserved. I didn’t refuse to pay the R150.00 for being late for check out nor argued about this but the way she treats customers is so unprofessional and there is no ubuntu in her. I paid the R150.00 and left. I will never recommend Getty’s bed and breakfast.
