The B&B is within a stone's throw from dog-friendly Southbourne beach so really excellent for walks and fresh air. Christchurch is also just a short drive away. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff and other guests were friendly and helpful.

Very comfy, friendly place. Feels like home from home. Nice location, not far from the beach

I only have one gripe and that is unfortunately when I arrived the window had been closed all day and it was very hot upstairs. In future I would prefer not to stay on the top floor in the summer

the manager welcome at receiption was very amazing as he took me from the carpark with a very charming face. I really enjoyed staying there and closeness to the beach.

Sharing bathroom. No kitchen for cooking hot meals only microwave. Woukd have loved to prepare my traditional dishess than microwave precooked meals.

Plenty of Tea & coffee no sachets a lovely bowl of fruit in the room .
