Nice pool area with a view. Clean and big rooms. The owner greeted us personally and gave the place a great feel.

Since it’s a b&b and you don’t have any possibilities to cook you are really forced to stay away from the hotel until evening. Dirt sand road and a bit of a drive to the closest restaurant.

This is simply the most stunning place I’ve seen in 10 days in Sardinia! The room had all the comforts needed but what stood up was the beautiful terrace and view just outside the room. You could see the mountains and the sea and beautiful sunsets. The breakfast was simple but exceptional. The owner Graziella prepares every morning home made cakes, real favours I hadn’t had the pleasure to taste in many years. The swimming pool is stunning as well as the whole property and you can even hear wild boars or deers during the night. I couldn’t find a better place

Beautiful location, lovely room, fab facilities, wonderful staff who were really friendly and welcoming (we didn't speak Italian and they didn't speak English but they were really understanding and helpful)

Graziela and all the staff were wonderful. The facilities, breakfast, location, all fabulous.

The location is great : a modern villa remotely located in the nature but still within 15 minutes to all facilities and beaches. The staff was very welcoming and friendly although not able to communicate in English (but French was OK). The rooms were very clean and spacious and the bed was great.

We were staying in the new building and the acoustic insulation of the bedroom was awful. We could hear the alarm clock of our neighbors in the early morning as well as their voices even though they spoke normally. There are no shutters on the balcony window which lets the light enter in the morning (and strangely there are shutters on the entrance door). The balcony is open to the balconies of the neighbors so privacy is non existent. To access the property you need to drive 5 minutes on a rocky track which was not easy with a motorbike. The breakfast had limited choice and could have had more fruits like we had in less expensive places. We expected a local and B&B style breakfast with local products but it was more that of a budget hotel.

Wonderful location, super quiet with an incredible view of the coast. If you don’t feel like driving, the pool is a great option. Breakfast also great. The lady who owns the place bake cakes every morning, delicious! Staff super friendly and the room was really nice and modern. Mattress also good.

There might be bees and insects, so make sure windows/door are closed. The road to get there has no asphalt and it’s a bit bumpy, but Sardegna is like that , so you’ll get used to it

The situation, far from everything, but still close to Pula city center. (15 min drive) The nice big room. The pool with the view. The general space on the property. The kindness of the hosts (particularly Francesca !)

To access the property you should drive through a steep dirt track for about 10 minutes (useful to know for your car rental). The room could have been equipped with a fridge, or the shared fridge could have been bigger. A laundry service (or possibility to use a washing machine) could be a plus

Excellent location, very quiet and peaceful. Loved the pool. Rooms were exceptionally high standard and very clean. The host was very friendly and welcoming

We loved everything - maybe just one suggestion to replace the flowers on the balconies with non flowering plants as it attracted a lot of bees and wasps

Just the access is not the best, but okay to visit beaches in the area.
