Quite welcoming staff. Amazing views from the balcony that makes you feel the countryside for real. Nicely decorated room.

There should have been insect screens/fly nets at the doors and the bathroom window, this is important to have at an area that's close to the woods.

Peace and quite and great view.

The access road is terrible. We have a 4 wheel drive and the pot holes gave it a real test.

The place is absolutely much better in person than in photo: you'll have a full sight of Pula's coast and you'll be literally immersed within the mediterranean scrub: the newly built house has a lot of private terrain and you can enjoy it comfortably. The bedroom is quite big, the cabin-wardrobe really handy and, above all, we want that private terrace 365 days a year! The three women running the B&B are super, super, nice and welcoming! Try to talk to them when staying there and you'll discover new things about the place (i.e. they were fixing the garden and we started chatting about the local flora and fauna). Breakfast impeccable: remember some vegetables, all the cakes, and above all, the oil, is of their own production! If you are an astro photographer you could find the perfect spot to shoot some nice milky way photo. sadly it was partly cloudly and I couldn't :/. If raptors are your thing in photography, you'll see some of them flying around the mediterranean scrub nearby.

The really only cons: we recommend a better mattress. Not a drama, but we've slept in more comfortable ones, perfectly OK though. Oh, and as other reviewers have said already, you'll have 900 meters of "wild path" to reach the house: if you ride a motorbike or a sporty-not-so-tall car you could find some trouble. In our case we had a Fiat Panda rented and we could leave/reach the house without any problem.
