Balcony House

Было чисто, уютно, удобное расположение, близко до всех локаций, наличие кухни - это супер!! Жарили рыбу, купленную на рынке( тунец и др), все очень чисто, хозяева гостеприимные, улыбчивые, заботливые.. Нам очень понравилось!! Рекомендую однозначно, о, ень колоритное место!!

Ступенек много, с чемоданом не очень удобно

Location and type, like an old house Steff was perfect and kind

My room did not have windows to outside, but I choose the budget option. Shared bathroom too, but fortunately I was alone at the floor so it was all for myself

Das Balkony House ist mitten im Zentrum, nicht weit vom Meer gelegen. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sehr sauber. Ich war schon zum 2.mal dort.

Die Stufen zum Hotel sind steil und mit Koffer schwer zu begehen.

Rooms were basic and clean, with good mosquito nets (though no mosquitos in the area). The staff was fantastic, going out of their way to help (to the point of walking us across town to show us the best Swahili restaurant). The property had a chill vibe, with lots of shady spots full of comfortable chairs to relax.

The location is great within walking distance of everything in stone town, the rooms were cleaned daily and they have a nice chill area with a view of the beach and another one facing the street.

Shared bathrooms and it was on the other side of the house. Our room was also facing the street so you're likely to hear vehicle noise at night if you're a light sleeper might not be easy to fall asleep.
