The room, views and location. Great tea and coffee facilities and great breakfast. Welcome pack was very useful with all Information, Where to go from trips to pubs and restaurants. Rooms were very clean.

Carole & Andy are the most lovely people, running the most lovely place! Do let them give you all their tips for exploring the area. The room was lovely and cozy and breakfast was delicious :) Balcarres is situated right outside the centre of Fort William, so Ben Nevis, Glen Nevis, Glencoe, the Three Sisters... are all at your feet.

"Wunderbare, tolle Gastgeber!"

Super extrem nette Gastgeber die uns viele gute Tipps gegeben haben und zu einer tollen Kommunikation beigetragen haben. Uns Gästen wurden ganz tolle Frühstücksvarianten angeboten. Das Haus hat eine prima Lage, zentral und doch ruhig.

Das Haus ist halt schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und war diesbezüglich schon sehr hellhörig. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich eng und dementsprechend etwas überteuert. Der Wasserdruck hätte ein wenig stärker sein können.

Plenty of choices for breakfast. Excellent hosts, very helpful in local knowledge for trips out. Great views from breakfast room.
