Very friendly, very clean and comfortable. Also excellent breakfast. All in all, great value. We will happily recommend it and return.

Nowhere to hang wet towels in the ensuite bathroom.

An excellent traditional seaside guest house. I loved it. Very friendly hosts, clean, warm room, excellent shower, and hot water. Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, and plentiful tea making facilities. The breakfast is also excellent, and reasonably priced, and worth having. The location is also excellent for the beach, but also only a short walk to the town centre, so the best of both worlds. Street parking, or private parking is available too. I really enjoyed my stay, and will definitely return.

Spotlessly clean, lady was lovely when I was leaving. Had to leave too early for breakfast so can't comment on that.

Such a lovely, comfortable, very clean and warm place. A wonderful host who was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with great choices. Location was great too. We had an excellent stay and would definitely go back. Highly recommend

Very homely, ample well cooked food and drink, already talking about going back for another break. Great location, all major facilities shops etc nearby. Great value for money to. 👍🏻

Bed was a little small but Joanne did explain and told us a larger bed was available in a larger room, problem solved for us next time.

Very friendly & helpful host in a beautifully kept house, gave us a free upgrade to larger room that was available. The ability to unload & sometimes park outside was a real bonus so close to seafront. We also liked the option of reserved parking in a quiet area nearby. Very nice cooked brekky with all the usual cold options in a cozy dining room and individual tables. All we could hope for from a b&b with fantastic agapanthus around the smoker's table outside (a real perk these days for we outcasts!)

Just a few very minor issues: - the electric shower thermostat was a bit intermittent hot then cold, possibly due to the low water pressure in the second floor family room. - took a while to get comfortable on the mattress-springs beginning to protrude.
