"Welcoming, Clean And Comfy, First Class Breakfast, Great Value !"

Warm welcome by the host, nice clean comfy room I slept very well ! Excellent breakfast selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juices and a full english all served with a smile by our host ! Property is just off the sea front and short walk to town, a good place to stay !

breakfast was very good freshly cook to order food was amazing and at a good price too ..rooms very comfy everything you need when on a break away from home Jo n Dean keep rooms spotless and nothin is too much trouble for them which was nice. Also Jo n Dean very social and easy to chat too they make you feel welcome and not just another £ coming through there door like other b& b ,s i have stayed in which made it such a pleasant stay. Differently will stay again in future and location is good too about 2 min walk to beach front and maybe 5 or 10 min walk to town centre which makes it a quiet location yet still close enough to all beach bars shops etc.

there is nothing that i needed for my stay which wasnt already there for me so basically wasnt anything i didnt like

"Nice weekend away as a couple."

Location was great. Had a dedicated parking spot at rear which is good. Friendly owners very helpful. Room is basic but functional. Not a bad size room.

No mirror for doing make up only very small mirror on wall not suitable.

"A stench of cigrattes"

Joanne and Dean made us very welcome. Everything was explained concerning the local amenities and eating places. The guest house itself was always warm and the room was warm clean and comfortable. The guest house was very quiet and in a quiet location.
